Young people between 16 and 24 can spend part of their holidays with us and share in the life of the monastic community. This naturally requires prior acquaintance, interest in spiritual questions, and responsible cooperation in practical areas. From four weeks onward, the stay can be certified as an independent internship. One lives and works together with the fathers. During the stay at the monastery, complete abstention from mobile phone, computer, telephone and the like is important. This frees up much time to sense oneself and to perceive the concrete real surroundings - something that can be liberating and pleasant in beautiful surroundings and among spiritual people. For some, perhaps also a challenge. Garden and house work, walks in the forest, and sacred chant keep body and soul in motion. With the fathers one can speak about all questions of life, about God and eternity, spirit, culture and church, and whatever else comes too short in the world. There is no pay, but it also costs nothing.
